After flying to my space station everything goes sorta see-through?

Minecraft version: 1.12.2
Galacticraft version: 4.01.181

Single player SSP

GalacticraftCore, Galacticraft Planets, MicdoodleCore, Optifine(for1.12.2) HD_U_E2_MOD
I also have Liteloader, but I don't have any mods that need it installed right now
All galacticraft mods are for 1.12.2 and are version 4.01.181

The following video shows what has happened:
In it I go to the moon first to show that it only appears to happen on my space station. I also emphasise that I can build another space station; The game might not register I have one already?

Now, I did just download a new version of optifine(The version listed above) but I also was having some lag spikes so changed a lot of my video settings. I can't remember what old version of optifine I had, although it was definitely less than a year before the one I have installed now.

So sorry I can't give that much info about what caused it, but like I tried my hardest so don't bully me );

This isn't a game breaking glitch since I can leave and join again to temporarily fix it, but I'd still like to have it fixed thankssss
