Version 2.4.4 for the Character Setup Wizard Addon

1. Auto-install missing dependencies (ONLY if they are not installed already!)
   1. The rationale behind this is to decrease the number of help requests related to the three addon dependencies
   2. If the addon is already installed, no action is taken! This prevents older or newer versions from getting overwritten
2. Auto-enable missing dependencies

1. Uninstall Current Version
2. Restart Blender
3. Install New Version

✅ No characters were detected to be throwing errors when trying to run the Setup Wizard in this version.
