по моему это повод посмотреть список ошибок на предмет того, кто явно вызван WinSCP - эти должны исправится, да и ошибки в UI надо бы поправить - люди про них напоминают постоянно. Чаще всего упоминаются проблемы с экспортом/импортом/совместимостью между версиями БД настроек - ошибки в них часто вызывают AV с последующим падением Far, Ошибки с путями большими чем ANSI max_patch, сортировкой сессий, переходов по URL...
