When a job was submitted, canceled, aborted, or completed more than 24 hours ago, the web interface should show some indication of how far in the past the job reached that state, e.g. "Completed yesterday at HH:MM:SS", "Completed 4 days ago at HH:MM:SS", "Completed last week at HH:MM:SS", and "Completed YYYY-MM-DD at HH:MM:SS".
