I've have implemented voice recording using FlashWavRecorder every thing works fine but when i play the saved recorded file it's getting too much disturbance in the audio

Please help me to resolve this issue.

Thanks
Kishore

Hi there,

I know this is a bit of a late reply to your question, however, there are a couple of things you could try to improve sound quality:

  1. Ensure your mic is attached correctly, and is not too close or too far away from the source of audio
  2. Adjust the gain settings on your mic input, on within FlashWavRecorder itself, using the FWrecorder.config command

I was able to vastly improve the quality of my audio recordings by reducing the gain to about 40 within the app (the default is 100). Too much gain results in clipping, which can distort the audio.

Cheers

Paul
