Occurs when dock is positioned at the top or the bottom of the screen

stylesheet: Do not add edge padding to edge elements

We should not add extra padding to the first/last elements edges or we'd
make the dock not to be exactly symmetrical to the background.

Also in the shrink case we did not reset the background padding for the
left/right (in vertical mode) or top/bottom (in horizontal mode) sides.
