"Multi-window bar" is not centered properly

Reproducible in cosmic, bionic requires Yaru theme & session installation

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open multiple windows of terminal, or files, or whatever app
2. Click on icon
3. Observe

Expected behaviour & actual behaviour are located in the linked issue

This seems to be an issue with the Yaru theme. Have anybody reported this to Yaru devs?
