"Multi-window" thing is not properly aligned

Expected Behavior

Anything is aligned (like in Ambience theme)

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Open multiple terminal windows (or any application)
2. Click the app icon
3. Observe

Specifications

Software that presents the issue:

I don't know. Tested with VirtualBox 5.2.18 and GNOME Terminal 3.28.2

Yes that's a known thing with dash to dock. Please open the issue on their repo and close this one here even when you did

i'm not using dash to dock and i have this bug. i'm using ubuntu 18.04

Have you checked if it is a bug in the dock you are using?

@clobrano i'm using the stock dock (dash?). the bug doesn't appear if i use the default theme of 18.04

Okay, dash to dock is basically the same, Ubuntu only uses some specific defaults. Please open a bug in the repo linked above, if they think it's a yaru issue we will have another check
