V6.1.2.0 ~ Added javascript to perform the calls so that the page doesn't have to refresh each time you mark or delete a notification.

Added the Delete All Reactions as a button on the bottom of the Notifications dropdown, next to the See All link.

Fixed the corruption of users' names that have special characters in them, such as an umlaut or accented letters.
Added in "Remove all Reaction" notifications button onto the /Notifications/all page, that allows users to quickly remove all likes/loves/laugh reactions to comments and posts, for when their notifications become overwhelming or hard to sort through.
