SaisieAppuisInitQT gives wrong coordinates for tagged points

I am trying to capture the fiducial marks with SaisieAppuisInitQT on Windows. On one machine it works just fine, and on my other machine it does not (everything is the same, version of the binaries, input data, etc).
The problem: My image is around 19Kx19K pixels. As I tag a point, the "coordinates" in the measurement table are wrong (almost by a factor of 2x) but the "Image position" field shows right coordinates. I tried with several images and the same issue happens.
