This layer adds the MediaLB support to the AGL kernel v4.9/rcar-3.5.8

The layer was used to build the MediaLB test environment based on the
Kingfisher Board and the master branch of the AGL Source Code (2018-02-01) as
following:

$ repo init -u https://gerrit.automotivelinux.org/gerrit/AGL/AGL-repo
$ repo sync
$ git clone git@github.com:microchip-ais/meta-medialb-rcar.git
$ source ./meta-agl/scripts/aglsetup.sh -m m3ulcb agl-devel -f
$ bitbake-layers add-layer ../meta-medialb-rcar
$ bitbake agl-image-minimal

The layer creates new Device Tree Binary (Image-r8a7796-m3ulcb-kf-mlp.dtb) that
must be manually copied into the directory /boot of the target rootfs.

The bootloader environment variable load_dtb must be changed to point to the
appropriate dtb as following:

=> setenv load_dtb ext4load mmc 0:1 0x48000000 /boot/Image-r8a7796-m3ulcb-kf-mlp.dtb
=> saveenv
