Maintaining user access to LCS across many projects is cumbersome. Since LCS is not tied to Azure AD users it is possible for Project Admins to add external users without first tying them to Azure AD for the tenant which the project is linked. This feature produces a list of LCS users for the selected project or all projects such that this can be more easily audited.
