Fix handling of NaN and +/-Infinity in JSON serializer #499

Serialize NaN and +/-Infinity to 0.0 to be consistent with other Application Insight clients.
Expand tests.
Fix #492.

Looks good to me. I don't know if its advisable to keep print statements in the test methods. @littleaj @grlima to comment.
