Describe the bug

Bug 1

  • Display: Create new kb from scratch after created from url, the url Kb last qna pair will show in the new kb qna pair when adding new pair.

  • Reproduce

  1. Create new kb from url
  2. Create new kb from scratch
  3. Click Add qna pair for scratch Kb
    qna-bugfix

Bug 2

  • Display: Create new qna pair failed after delete empty qna pair.
  • Reproduce
  1. Click Add qna pair
  2. Click any where to disable focus in input
  3. Clicke delete button for empty qna pair
  4. write something for the empty qna pair
    qna-bugfix1
