Use npm ci to proactively catch package-lock.json update during Travis CI
- There is a bug on npm that flip the optional flag unintentionally, install: fix install checks for optional/dev dependencies npm/cli#76
- Docs on npm ci, ci = clean installation = faster, target CI pipeline
