Changes proposed in this pull request:

Updated get_systeminfo.ps1 to output report in format for import to SQL Nexus
Created get_tasklist.ps1 to output report in format for import to SQL Nexus
Deleted get_tasklist.cmd as no longer required

How to test this code:

Configure the tool for SQL Base (Tasklist at shutdown) and SystemInfo
Run and complete the tool collection diagnostics
The output files are: __SystemInfo_SystemInfo_Startup.TXT and __SQL_Base_TaskList_Shutdown.TXT

Has been tested on (remove any that don't apply):

SQL Server 2019
