This PR includes changes based on input from issue #49 and issue #45

• change story to not include traffic congestion detection (this is not covered in source code labs)
• solution architecture varies from solution created in accelerator - update diagram and solution descriptions​
• remove mentions to custom iot hub service endpoints - these are not used, the function performs the necessary routing​
• update list of available Azure Edge modules​
• stream analytics UI has changed in Azure (including navigation and screen changes)​
• add cold data description, telemetry is generated and stored on the device and automatically uploaded to the cloud, include configuration​
• add help resource of Azure Blob Storage on IoT Edge​
• clarify steps to build/deploy IoT Edge modules from VS Code​
• update test edge ASA query as the UI has changed in Azure, add clarification​
• update steps and UI to add Edge Storage module as this has changed to the marketplace​
• update the Edge message routing steps to new UI flow​
• update function app creation to reflect updated Azure UI​
• fix error on Azure Function checking engine temperature (enginetemperature is supposed to be engineTemperature)​
• add steps for if user is prompted to install cosmos db templates (provide steps)​
• review and update Azure UI screenshots where confusion may arise due to new UI (at first count around 25 new & updated images)​
• update whiteboard presentations to reflect lab architecture (text/images)​
• update student/teacher guides to reflect lab architecture (text/images)​
