When a Document was shared with "Anyone with the Link".

The Runbook should detect that there is no "External User" to delete. In this case the User should NOT become per Mail the Option to "Remove external users" because this do not work, the external user still have access to the Files because the share still open.
If we instead, give the User only the option to "KEEP" or "Remove Sharing",, hi will forced to delete the existing shared link and create a new one with new Access.

@Mela-SAG Mela-SAG changed the title Runbook: Remove_sensitive_file_sharing_after_requesting_user. Runbook: Remove_sensitive_file_sharing_after_requesting_user. Shared as "Anyone with the Link" Sep 11, 2020

ACK. I'll look at this, thanks.
It'll probably just require a switch based on the sharing value.
