Details of the scenario you tried and the problem that is occurring

When extracting a configuration from a tenant, the Site Owner of the SharePoint root site will be set wrong. The resource is implemented to pick the extraction user in case, there is no mail address available. This will cause issues when re-applying the configuration with another user.

Suggested solution to the issue

Fix the handling for site owners within the Get-Method.

Version of the DSC module that was used ('dev' if using current dev branch)

Latest.
