ISSUE TITLE:

SPOTenantSettings - DisabledWebPartIds is not formatted correctly

ISSUE DESCRIPTION (this template):

When multiple web parts are disabled the format returned is as shown below.

        DisabledWebPartIds  = 46698648-fcd5-41fc-9526-c7f7b2ace919 f6fdf4f8-4a24-437b-a127-32e66a5dd9b4 544dd15b-cf3c-441b-96da-004d5a8cea1d;

Trying to import this into a new tenant returns errors telling me it's in the incorrect format

Details of the scenario you tried and the problem that is occurring

With module version 1.23.322.1, using cert thumbprint, appid and tenantid for auth
Exporting the SPOTenantSettings and the DisabledwebPartIds value is incorrectly formatted.
