Terms of use: Agreement.Read.All and Agreement.ReadWrite.All are missing

While exporting Conditional Access Policies, there is an issue with Terms of Use. The two mentioned permissions are missing for App only authentication.

Just checked the code and indeed, the permissions are missing in the settings.json
