No output with using job summary with as summary

Description of the issue

PSRule has an existing option -As Summary which reports a summary output. When combined with job summaries which produce markdown output, no assertion output is returned using an Assert-PSRule run.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the issue:

• Enable Output.As = Summary
• Enable Output.JobSummaryPath = Set to a path.
