Zoom keeps crashing when PowerToys is installed. #14167

Microsoft PowerToys version

0.49.1

Running as admin

Steps to reproduce

Install PowerToys. Open Zoom.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Zoom should works fine.

❌ Actual Behavior

Zoom can be opened but but repeatedly showing the following error rendering it is completely unusable.

Uninstalling PowerToys solved the problem direcly.
I am not so sure but I think it has to do with the Video Conference Mute.

Other Software

Zoom version 5.8.3 (1581).
