Steps to reproduce

Set Ctrl+V as the activation shortcut for Paste as Plain text.

✔️ Expected Behavior

To paste as plain text when I press Ctrl+V.

❌ Actual Behavior

V gets written instead.

Fixed in 0.69 which was released in the start of April 2023.
