Description of the new feature / enhancement

Easily turn dark mode off and on.

Scenario when this would be used?

Moving laptop around between places with and without natural lighting.

Supporting information

Recently I had to leave my cave and bring my laptop with me and quickly realized that dark mode is not so good for working in outdoors or places with natural lighting. It took me a while to realize that I could turn dark mode off and it helped a lot. But it's not very practical having to open windows settings everytime I have the need to change it. Alegedly there is free software that could do this, but it means having to install something else on my laptop which I do not want. Please add this feature and help bringing more people into the light.

Nice idea, I'd like to extend to it similar thoughts.
What about running functions of the settings from the Run utility?
For example:

• Check for updates.
• Turn on/off dark mode.
• Add keyboard layout.
• Add language.
• Change display orientation.
• Change display scale.
• ...

I would love to see this feature. Right now, I use EasyDarkMode, which has a tray icon. Having a PowerToys Run shortcut is a great alternative!
