Description of the new feature / enhancement

A keyboard shortcut and switch somewhere in taskbar or sys tray to quickly toggle Dark mode On and Off. Would be nice to be able to toggle all of Windows, as well as only the current app.

Scenario when this would be used?

I mostly use dark mode as I find it limits eye strain. Working with .png or other transparent formats, darker areas are difficult to see with the dark background.
