Description of the new feature / enhancement

It would be much easier to switch between light and dark mode, if you create a toggle dark mode and light mode and set a specific keyboard shortcut to switch between the two easily.

Scenario when this would be used?

When light mode or dark mode is required, person has to go to settings and then to colors page and choose light or dark manual. Its a time consuming way to do so. Another way is to search using powertoys run "$colors" and then select dark or light mode. What if dark and light mode switch is made accessible in just one step. it would be appreciating.
