When I plug the hex code #0088cc into Google's color picker, it gives me this color:

This color is clearly different from the one in your screenshot, so whatever you have taken a screenshot of appears to be incorrect about what hex code it is. Providing more information than an uncommentated screenshot may help in identifying or solving your issue.

Good afternoon! After some update, I noticed that the color picker does not correctly determine the color. I tried to pick up a color on another computer from one color template downloaded from the Internet in the form of a regular picture of the same color. On another computer, the color showed a different one. Hey! I noticed this too, but it seems that in my case it's Chrome browser is presenting not-true colors.
Image on the bottom is in Chrome, image on the top is downloaded and opened in Paint3D.
You can see there is a color saturation on the bottom Chrome version, but when that SAME image is downloaded and opened in an image editing program it shows the proper hex:

This is REALLY annoying!
I wonder if there is a workaround for Chrome is misrepresenting colors?

Edit: A quick google of the issue led me to changing the Chrome setting for "Force Color Profile" which fixes it; 3b5258 instead of 415058.

1. Go to chrome://flags/
2. Search for Force color profile
3. Select scRGB linear (HDR where available)
