[Feature Request] Default On/Off option for "Mouse Highlighter"

Description of the new feature / enhancement

simply add an option for setting it On/Off when system startup , I have to remember to turn on this every single time when system starts.

Scenario when this would be used?

I use this as a tool to display mouse clicks for my videos when i click mouse. but i simply don't want to remember to turn it On every single time. I want to leave it default to On .
