FancyZones

Steps to reproduce

Run PowerToys as admin.

Activate Fancy Zones and define some zones.

Telegram Desktop Version 4.11.1 x64

✔️ Expected Behavior

When pressing the SHIFT-Key while dragging the window should bring up the zone overlay.

❌ Actual Behavior

The SHIFT-Key does nothing while dragging the window. The overlay is not being shown.

Hi! We've identified this issue as a duplicate of another one that already exists on this Issue Tracker. This specific instance is being closed in favor of tracking the concern over on the referenced thread. Thanks for your report!
