[Fixed in 0.75.1] FancyZones not working for Modern Apps like Calculator

Steps to reproduce

• Install 0.75.0
• Press activation key (on my system: shift)
• Drag Modern App window

✔️ Expected Behavior

Modern App (i.e., installed from Windows Store) windows should behave like normal applications (i.e. EXEs).

❌ Actual Behavior

FancyZones won’t activate.
(tested with, but not limited to, Windows Store itself, calculator, OneCalendar, new Outlook)

I can repro this with Calculator. Was definitely working on 0.74.1. We're investigating!

@tchara . Can you please try enabling the "Allow popup windows snapping" option?
That seems to help fix the issue.

Seems to have been caused by 1b333df
Apps with certain styles that say they are a popup now require that toggle.

Yes, thank you. This is a quick-fix for Modern apps. Sadly, it snaps actual popups... Thus, I'm eagerly awaiting 0.76.0 with the fix.

Most UWP apps seems to be affected by this. Spotify UWP version is not affected.
Only non UWP app affected by this on my system is Steam.

For me, the issue is affecting Jellyfin Media Player and qbittorrent, both of which are not UWP apps.

The exact same issue happens for windows created by VcXsrv - hopefully it's the same issue and will be in the hotfix.

Hi @lowelldale, may I know which version of PowerToys you are currently using? There is a compatibility issue with the SnagIt editor on version 0.75.0, however, it has been fixed in the latest version 0.75.1. Please let me know if the problem still exists after updating to the latest version.

Snagit Editor is not working for me in version v.0.78.0, tried allow child windows snapping, but no difference.
