FancyZones

Steps to reproduce

Since update fancyzones does not work for Microsoft Suduko, and Microsoft Solitaire (possibly all UHD apps?)

✔️ Expected Behavior

Hot key (shift) while dragging activates fancyzones for placement

❌ Actual Behavior

normal windows 11 snaps come up even though set to overide

For me 0.75 is not working with Steam on Windows 10
