Description of the new feature / enhancement

According to MS Learn, we're not using these verbs properly.

Go to • Going to a tab or another particular place in the UI.

Use open, not start or launch, to describe opening a program or app. Don't use open to describe selecting a command, a menu, an option, or other similar element.

So we should use Go to settings or Go to settings and Open <modulename>. In the icon menu, it's "Close PowerToys".
