Steps to reproduce

open the Run input field

✔️ Expected Behavior

the input field should have a completely white background

❌ Actual Behavior

the background has a red stripe on the upper edge, propably displaying the upper border of the window behind the background element

Same issue when running as admin. With a system wide install from GitHub. With dark mode enabled.
