Description of the new feature / enhancement

Keeps the computer awake when plugged in, follows the selected power plan otherwise.

Scenario when this would be used?

Running long tasks (like music or file transfers) that can be paused by sleep, when saving battery is more important.

Supporting information

For my use case, it would be handy to make sure that when I sometimes run long, less important tasks, I don't come back to a dead laptop because it was unplugged, and this is easier than switching power plans.
