Text extractor doesn't open unless powertoys window is open

Steps to reproduce

With powertoys running in the background, in the system tray, I press the shortcut win+shift+T and nothing happens.

I open the powertoys window and do the same thing and it works fine.

The text extractor activates when I press the shortcut

❌ Actual Behavior

I press the shortcut win+shift+T and nothing happens.
