Steps to reproduce

whenever the text extractor is launched, it only shows a blank or black screen for nothing to seen to be extracted.

✔️ Expected Behavior

when launched through shortcut keys or via system tray icon, it should work properly.

❌ Actual Behavior

it shows a completely blank screen.

This is frequently caused by the app Mica For Everyone. Please see #28217 for more details on how to resolve this incompatibility. Does this help? /needinfo
