There is a problem with the shortcut key, which prevents the normal input

Steps to reproduce

Set "Open PowerToys Run" shortcuts to "Alt + Space"
Set the input method to Chinese mode.
Just press space

Expected behavior

Input a space.

Actual behavior

The PowerToys Run window display state switching.

I have had a similar problem with English US keyboard.

Immediately after the first use of Run after booting, pressing just Space activates Run. The problem stops after pressing alt+space to deactivate and re-activate Run.

I had the same issue and it happens for me randomly. when i'm chatting in slack and it happens, i just can't use space anymore as each time Run displays popup which is super annoying as you basically can't chat at all. so i had to disable it

Seems like the same problem as #4578
It will be fixed in 0.19.1
