Move legacy notebooks to a separate folder #1436

And add a note to the docs/readme explaining why @QCoDeS/core

Once the build completes a zip of the docs should be available from https://ms-quantum.visualstudio.com/QubitWorkbench/_build/results?buildId=10078&view=results for inspection

I did download and checked the zipped docs, looks ok for this particular doc-cleanup-step.
