Did anyone check this file? It doesn't work.
The spyder line is missing its indentation .. and we all know how python loves indentation :)

Also .. the link from http://qcodes.github.io/Qcodes/start/index.html#installation is broken ... it seems to contain "useful" descriptive text, but the link destination is broken.

@sl4pp3r this PR contains two files, which file is "this file"? And which line is the spyder line? Neither of the files contains any python code. I'm a bit confused :)

The link is indeed broken, thanks for pointing that out. We'll fix that now.
