Added Workbook_SingleQubitGates and cross-linked it with SingleQubitGates as discussed in Comment in Issue #208.

Looks great! I did a bit of cleanup for some phrasings (for example, we try not to say things "this is trivial" - it sort of is, but if a person landed in a workbook for the very first exercise, they're already struggling with it, and don't need any discouragement). The biggest change I did was to simplify the solution to exercise 7 - using Ry gate is a lot easier than Rx + S, and we want to teach the learner Ry for the later superposition tasks.

I'll merge once the CI build passes. Thank you!
