For #29
This uses the latest powerbi-visuals-tools v3.
To do:

  • Hide "loading" spinner when visual is created, prior to data field mapping
  • Initial field mapping UX
  • Hide UI chrome option
  • Hide legend option
  • Hide axes option
  • Persist signal values
  • Reload new data columns on visual update
  • Reload data when externally filtered
  • Scrollbar when bounding box is too small
  • Properly dispose objects & release memory
  • Make sure insight column mappings exist in the dataView
