What?
Update compliance pipeline to run API scan and log bugs
Why?
To be compliant we need to run all required SDL tools, including API scan, on a monthly cadence.
How?
Migrate the pipeline to 1ES PT, copy our binary and dependencies to a folder, run API scan, and log bugs
Testing?
