Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

I'd like direct Bluetooth and Wifi Functionality like they have on chromebooks. this allows me to control devices over bluetooth and wifi easily.

Describe the solution you'd like

Direct PCIe and CNVio2 access in that way is Direct Bluetooth and wifi functionality possible

Describe alternatives you've considered

Chromebooks are a really good example of how this should work.

Please specify the version of Windows Subsystem for Android
