WSL doesn't start after computer restart, but starts after x410 and wsldhost.exe restart

Repro Steps

There are no stepts for reproducing this problem. Sometimes, unexpectedly, the wsl doesn't start anymore.

Expected Behavior

Wsl to start normally again after a computer restart

Actual Behavior

Wsl doesn't start with error:

Even if the PC is restarted several times the wsl still doesn't start.

But if the w410, wsldhost , and wsl are restarted manually, it works:

1. wsl --shutdown

2. restart X410
   

3. end wsldhost.exe task::
   

4. start the wsldhost.exe task:
   

It would have been expected that the PC restart is equivalent with the sequence of commands above

Closed because this is not actually an issue regarding the wsl, but is more related to a particular usecase of it, in interation with other particular components
