Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There is currently no warning if you run --unregister. The word "unregister" seems to indicate that the WSL distribution will simply be ignored by WSL. Instead the distribution file is deleted without warning. This is especially problematic with WSL2 because Linux files are usually stored in the distribution rather than on the windows FS.
Describe the solution you'd like
When running --unregister, a warning should appear, stating that the distribution's data will be deleted. The user should be required to confirm that this is the correct action. It may even be a good idea to ask the user to retype the distribution name like github does.
