Thanks for reporting this @reyesvicente. Looks like the issue is about E:

[ 9.801143] init: (1) ERROR: MountPlan9WithRetry:285: mount drvfs on /mnt/e (cache=mmap,noatime,msize=262144,trans=virtio,aname=drvfs;path=E:;uid=1000;gid=1000;symlinkroot=/mnt/

Is the E: drive encrypted ?

I believe so. But this error did not show on windows 10 when I installed wsl a few days ago. It only showed the error when I installed windows 11 and installed wsl.

If the drive is encrypted, you had to mention this before. It happens because when you run wsl, the drive is encrypted so it is unable to read the drive, thus does not show anything there, you have to decrypt and remount the drive.
command: mount -t drvfs drivename: /mnt/drivename/

Thanks for your reply. This is the output:

C:\WINDOWS\system32>wsl --mount \\.\PHYSICALDRIVE0
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

How do I know which process is being used or do you have an idea about the output?
