Description

The window title bar switches to Win32 titlebar when switching to top navigation position in settings.

Definitely done as a workaround. WinUI 3 custom titlebar doesn't support clickable elements in the top drag region. #1142 With the new appwindow + winui3 custom titlebar merger, it will be fixed. I will keep this issue open for tracking this change.
