This PR addresses the following issues:
Titlebar text color now changes when the window is not in focus as per best practices - addressing: Title is the same when window is active and inactive #108
Titlebar now acts correctly in Left and Top mode, addressing: Visual Bug: Title bar switches to Win32 titlebar when using top navigation position #1203 and Top Navigation Style Conflict with TitleBar (2) #1142
