Update APIs for m139

There are a few issues I created after running this that need to be addressed:

• Build required modules not referenced correctly Build required modules not referenced correctly #211
• RestClient needs to expose HEAD for WorkItemTrackingApi REST client needs to expose HEAD typed-rest-client#81
• 3 apis not getting generated (FileContainer, Profile, SecurityRoles) APIs not getting generated #212

TODO: Update generation to handle HEAD through http client instead of rest.

@bryanmacfarlane FYI the WorkItemTrackingProcessApi had a lot of breaking changes, they renamed many of their methods. I bumped the minor but would be fine going to a new major if you prefer. This change 100% has breaking changes.
